I currently manage (Sherm & I own ) the Bistro at Prides Crossing, a venture we proudly launched in early 2023. This role has offered tremendous growth opportunities, and I continue to learn every day. The business management skills and Back-of-House experience I gained while leading the team at Sherm’s Catering have been instrumental in my development and success in this position.
Hobbies: When I am not working outside or completing home improvement projects, I enjoy kickin’ back and relaxing with my family.
